Hey! Here’s the overview/checklist of what’s needed during our production in Shanghai. Liam will be able to confirm I’m a very ‘lean’ working photographer. There is no need for a large crew. Just a production manager that arranges locations and preferably a larger car/van. I’ve summed everything up here:

- Production Manager (locations, translation)
  - Does not need to be experienced with photography.
  - Handles location arrangement, translation, transport, and scheduling.
  - Coordinates all on-ground logistical needs for the team.
- Car/Van
  - A larger vehicle is preferred to be able to have the whole team travel together. A large 7 seat car or van (7+ seat) could work very well.
- Runner/General Assistance
  - Experience not required - could also be production manager.
- On set styling (Liam + assistant if he prefers)
- Food/Drinks
  - Based on final planning ensure either food is picked up to be eaten on location or do a short lunch stop (45 minutes max) close to the shoot location(s)
- Shotlist
  - Finalize shotlist (with Liam)
- Pre Location Scout + Confirmation
  - We can talk about possible locations in the coming weeks through video meetings.
- Lookbook (If Necessary as addition to campaign)
  - Set dressing (in store?)
  - Possible e-com in mind?
- Lighting gear (important - see images below)
  - 2x Zhiyun G300 or 2x Godox LE300Bi > or comperable
  - 1x “Octabox” light modifier (±Ø 95cm)
  - 1x “Strip” light modifier (±30×120cm)
  - Tripods and background support
- Confirm dates
  - Strong preference for around the weekend of 27th.
- Flights
  - Round-trip booking to Shanghai (PVG/SHA).
- Accommodation
  - Basic Hotel/BNB
- Visa
  - Not necessary? (Dutch citizen)
- Ground Transport
  - Airport transfer arrangements upon arrival and departure. I can take a cab as well.
